Rochesterfest became a Tai Chi Chih classroom for the afternoon

(ABC 6 News) – As we gear up for the weekend, Rochesterfest helped people de-stress with some Tai Chi Chih Thursday afternoon.

It’s a mindfulness-moving meditation based on a set of 19 different movements. It can help alleviate pain, lessen the symptoms of arthritis, and increase mindfulness.

Yuko Voss, a Japanese native has been doing this for more than 15 years and now teaches it at 125 LIVE.

"Sometimes you know, in my life, I get so stressful or nothing goes well," said Voss. "Then doing Tai Chi Chih, I can just you know, come back to me and let everything, going better somehow."
