Random households selected for Rochester survey

(ABC 6 News) — Check your mailbox: randomly selected households will receive a City of Rochester postcard starting today.

Beginning March 11, some Rochesterites will be invited to complete a confidential community survey, which will be used to help the City make decisions that affect living and working conditions going forward.

At the moment, the survey is invite-only. However, there will be a separate open-participation survey available to all residents in the coming weeks.

“As the City of Rochester continues to grow and find improved ways to serve its residents, listening to our community is essential,” Management Analyst Heather J. Heyer said. “Our leadership is hoping for as much feedback from this survey as possible so we can be sure we are aligned with the wants and needs of our community as we make decisions that impact Rochester residents.”

The answers shared in the invite-only and open-participation surveys will be confidential.
