Long-term care facilities face critical staffing shortages

(ABC 6 News) – As staffing shortages continue across Minnesota, nursing homes and other long-term care facilities are being put in the spotlight.
Patti Cullen, the president and CEO of Minnesota Care Providers went in-depth on vaccine mandates and how it’s impacting staffing shortages. Cullen also gives an update on the National Guard members who have stepped in to help during this time.
