Light Up the Lake returns to Albert Lea

(ABC 6 NEWS) – It was the second annual "Light Up the Lake" in Albert Lea Sunday evening.
Organizers with the Albert Lea Convention and Visitors Bureau had the idea for the first time last year during the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown. One organizer said they wanted something the city could look forward to during the winter — when times were bleak.
Candles were lit in bags all along Lakeview Boulevard from Fountain to Lakeview Park.
