(ABC 6 News) – Areas of Freeborn county were impacted by Tuesday evenings storms resulting in significant damage in areas east of Glenville.

A family-run grain elevator suffered damage, including mangled metal and debris all over the area. Luckily nobody was hurt, but as 14-year-old Cayden tells ABC 6 News. It was a scary experience.

"It went on for about 15 seconds and then it was very intense, very windy. And there was like, sounded like the windows were rattling and stuff," said Glenville resident Cayden Goslee.

Cayden’s neighbor’s house across the street also sustained damage. The family who lives there also lost their roof back in the December 15 tornado.
