Former Austin Public Schools Superintendent receives award for work

(ABC 6 NEWS) – Former Austin Public Schools Superintendent David Krenz is receiving an award for his work in the Austin school district.
The Minnesota Association of School Administrators is giving Krenz the ‘Polaris Leadership Award.’
He is being honored for his exemplary school leadership, professional courage, and helping with the success of the district.
He has 44 years of experience in education.
He will be honored at the group’s fall conference that is Sept. 27-28.
