(ABC 6 NEWS) – This weekend, the Fillmore county community came together for a little girl battling cancer.

Bailee Stackhouse is currently undergoing hospice care and the Wykoff Fire Department held a truck parade for the three-year-old.

They wanted to do something special to show their love and support for Bailee and her family.

We’re told Bailee was nothing but smiles, laughter, and excitement as she saw this parade. She even got to drive one of the fire trucks.

Her dad Brandon says 11 fire departments and more first responder crews were there.

It’s something he’ll never forget.

"It brought tears to my eyes. It was unreal. I mean all of the sudden you see them coming down the road. You feel like you’re alone in this at first and then all of the sudden the people just surround you and let you know, hey, you’re not alone, we’re here for you," Brandon Stackhouse said.
