Blood donations needed in Southeast Minnesota
(ABC 6 News) – Local blood center is calling on the public to roll up their sleeves, the Mayo Clinic Blood Donor Program is facing extreme shortages in both O+ and O- blood types.
A simple blood donation can save the life of a child with leukemia, restore the strength of a cancer patient, or provide a critical transfusion to an accident victim.
Call (507) 284–4475 to schedule your appointment at the Hilton Blood Donor Center in downtown Rochester. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
