RAEDI will partner with the county to develop and execute a Statement of Interest process to solicit development proposals and evaluate the highest and best use, with RAEDI providing expertise and capacity to the county.

“This agreement combines our organizational strengths to advance a significant development opportunity. We look forward to working with Olmsted County to make that happen,” said RAEDI President John Wade.

"The board is interested in seeing how it will compliment Graham park in some way. The other is just the county board is interest in any and all ideas that the development community maybe interested in so they want to keep all of their options open to see what the potential development opportunities are," said Olmsted County Deputy Administrator Pete Giesen.

The process will be open-ended and transparent at the discretion of the county and all decisions regarding any development to take place on the site will be at the county’s discretion.

The SOI process will begin in March 2022 and be completed in July 2022.
