1st annual Shop, Sip ‘N Stroll

(ABC 6 News) – People in Albert Lea spent their Saturday shopping, sipping and strolling.

Around 200 people were at the first annual Shop, Sip ‘N Stroll in downtown Albert Lea, finding good deals and sipping wine.

Customers bought Sip ‘N Stroll bags last week with a "passport" and a drink tumbler for the festivities on Saturday.

At each store, customers could shop and redeem a free drink.

"I think this was a great way to get out and get people downtown and see what Albert Lea has to offer down here. There’s a lot of cute stuff," customers Annie Linde and Melinda Seykora said.

The event brings people together for cocktails, good deals and many smiling faces.
