$100 if you get your COVID-19 vaccine at the MN State Fair
(ABC 6 NEWS) – Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced Wednesday that Minnesota is offering $100 to anyone who gets their COVID-19 vaccine at the state fair.
The first 3,600 Minnesotans to get their first dose of the vaccine at the state fair can get a $100 Visa gift card right after getting the shot.
This comes after the 80,000 Minnesotans received their first dose for the $100 COVID-19 vaccine incentive program that has now ended.
Walk-ins are welcome or fairgoers can make an appointment online. Shots will be given each day of the fair from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Labor Day.
The one-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine and Pfizer vaccine will be offered.
