Cool pattern persists.

Chris Kuball ABC 6 Chief MeteorologistThe jet stream is all out of whack and it's developed an atmospheric "traffic jam".  We're stuck with what we've got for a while and for the time being, that's some weak but expansive storm systems and cool temperatures.  This should last into next week.  From time to time, the addition of sunshine will help temperatures on individual days, but for the most part, get ready for a below normal stretch.

A few snow flurries continue tonight into tomorrow morning.  Light showers through afternoon will round out this wave of precipitation.  There won't be much to show for it however.

A blustery wind will keep the chill in the air.  Under mostly cloudy skies, temperatures will crawl back to the low to mid 40s.  Temperatures do moderate a bit with the addition of sun, reaching the 50s Thursday and Friday.
