Early Flurry, Afternoon Sunshine

We will see a few flurries as we head out the door this morning. The early snowfall won't add up to anything of concern for today. Highs are slowly recovering, back in the low/mid 40s, still well below-average for this time of the year.

Halloween will be pretty quiet overall, with sunny skies & highs in the upper 40s & lower 50s. A wave of energy will bring a few showers to our area later Halloween evening/night, turning to a light mix heading into Sunday morning. Icing and/or snow potential again won't be too worrisome.

Sunday will be the chilliest over the next 7 days, with highs in the middle 30s, despite the sunshine. Warmer air returns for next week, with low 50s by Monday, and highs in the upper 50s/lower 60s starting Election Day.

Have great Friday, as well as a safe & happy Halloween! Stay healthy & safe everyone!
