Rochester seeks public feedback on downtown parking

(ABC 6 News) – The city of Rochester seeks the public’s input as the city seeks to improve the downtown area’s parking access.

The city has also engaged with Walker Consultants in Minneapolis to conduct a comprehensive parking management and rate study to assess the city’s parking system and its related fees.

The city has opened a survey for residents and visitors of Rochester to better assess the public’s feelings on downtown parking.

The survey asks how often individuals visit downtown, their feelings of safety and what may prevent them from visiting the downtown area.
