(ABC 6 News) – Representative Brad Finstad says the new bipartisan border bill isn’t what Republicans or Democrats want.

“Looking at this with some intellectual depth, you can see there’s bipartisan support and bipartisan opposition, so that tells me we’re not quite there yet.”

But Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar takes a different position. In a statement she wrote:

This package will provide important assistance to communities along our borders and stem the flow of fentanyl; ensure critical humanitarian aid is reaching Palestinians; and deliver needed support to U.S. allies across the world.
