UPDATE: One arrested after crash on 19th St. bridge in Rochester

(ABC 6 News) – One man was arrested after a crash on the 19th Street bridge over Highway 52 in Rochester Thursday morning.
It happened just after 10:00 a.m. According to the Rochester Police Department, the driver of the car took off running after crashing his vehicle; hitting a light post and nearly hitting another vehicle. Officers managed to track him down and arrest him.
Nobody was injured and emergency crews cleared the scene by 12:00 p.m.
