Albert Lea residents honored as heroes

(ABC 6 News) – Two Albert Lea locals are being hailed as heroes for their actions after saving a man who was involved in a car accident.
Kelly Herfendal and Dalton Grose rushed to help the man after he crashed his car into Fountain Lake.
Grose immediately entered the water and was able to treat the man.
Albert Lea police say, without Herfendal and Grose, the man would not be alive today.
