Wrapping up a with a bit of snow and wind

We’ll close this system out with an additional 1/4″ of rain. On top of what’s already fallen, we’ll see totals surround 3/4″. At the tail end, snowflakes will mix in. This occurs just before sunrise and up to it. Brief, they’ll fly in a stronger wind. So while accumulations are minimal, visibility may suffer if you’re caught into a snow shower.

Temperatures will be sharply falling too. With any standing water remaining, ice will emerge. I don’t see it as a widespread issue on our roads, but more isolated in nature. Combine everything, use some caution out the door for the Wednesday morning drive.
