(ABC 6 News) – An Austin murder suspect that fled to South Dakota has entered a not guilty plea in the shooting death of David Harris.

Miguel Nunez, Jr. made his initial appearance in Mower County District Court on Thursday. Nunez entered a not guilty plea on all three charges including one count of 2nd-degree murder with intent and two counts of 2nd-degree murder without Intent.

According to court documents, Nunez had gone to a home in Austin to buy marijuana and threatened to shoot everyone inside if he wasn’t given all the drugs.
