Mayo boys lacrosse falls to Northfield at home

(ABC 6 News) — Reese Ackerman was one of the bright spots in Mayo’s loss to Northfield Thursday night.
The junior scored three goals but it wasn’t enough as the Raiders jumped out to a big halftime lead.
Mayo trailed by eight at one point in the third quarter and fought back to outscore the Raiders in the 4th quarter but the deficit was insurmountable as Northfield won 15 to 8.
