Grizzlies fend off Cyclones for 4-2 win and weekend sweep

(ABC 6 News) — The defending Fraser Cup champion Rochester Grizzlies began their first homestand of the season with a weekend sweep. After topping the Wasau Cyclones 6-1 on Friday, the offensive onslaught continued into Saturday.

Luke Sawicky and Erik Hernborn lit the lamp in the first period to put Rochester up, a lead that would ultimately endure as the Grizzlies finish the night with a 4-2 win to rise to 4-0 in the new season.
