I was born and raised just north of Rochester on Highway 52, in Cannon Falls. After graduating high school, I obtained my degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Go Mavs! With growing up so close to Rochester and making frequent trips as a kid, deciding to move here in the summer of 2022 was an easy choice. I feel right at home with both Rochester and ABC 6 News.

Communication is the key to success in every aspect of life. Having the ability to not only come to an agreement, but to be able to share different ideas and opinions to create something beautiful is what it’s all about. I love being able to collaborate and bring ideas together.

I have always loved the outdoors. I grew up camping every weekend throughout my childhood and have gone on many outdoor adventures with my family and friends. That love culminated into one of my favorite trips, which was backpacking through the Rocky Mountains. It was one of the most beautiful and serene places I’ve ever seen. A dream trip for me is New Zealand so hopefully one day, I will be able to make that dream come true!
