KM superintendent finalists chosen

(ABC 6 News) – The superintendent search in Kasson-Mantorville now looks at its two final candidates.

The KM Schoolboard has named Jeremy Frie and Theodore Ihns as finalists to fill the position.

Frie is the current superintendent of Dover-Eyota Public Schools, while Ihns is a superintendent in central Iowa.

The two will now return for a second interview, beginning on 4 p.m. on Feb. 28.

Both interviews will be open to the public.

(ABC 6 News) – The Kasson-Mantorville School district has narrowed their superintendent search down to the final six candidates.

The candidates include Matthew Boucher, Christopher Dibble, Jeremy Frie, Theodore Ihns, Timothy Rohweder and Debra Taylor.

Two of the finalists chosen are familiar faces in southeastern Minnesota: Frie, the superintendent of Dover -Eyota Public Schools, and Dibble, the current principal at Albert Lea High School.

The school board has scheduled interviews for the semi-finalists this Thursday and Friday.

The interviews will be held in the Kasson-Mantorville High School Community Forum room and are open to the public.
