(ABC 6 News) – Rochester residents gathered at Soldiers Field to honor the lives of three U.S. servicemembers killed overseas on Sunday.
The “Bell of Honor Ringing” is meant to remember the lives of Sergeant William Rivers and Specialists Breonna Moffett and Kennedy Sanders.
The ceremony comes as the U.S. plans to retaliate against the group responsible for the strike
