Trying to Bounce Back

ABC 6 Weather

Temperatures continue on their below normal stint over the next week, but briefly try to crawl back to average on Thursday.  40s and 50s continue to rule the roost.  Overnight lows bounce south of freezing more often than not.

Officially, 1.5" of snow fell at the Rochester Int'l Airport on Sunday, the second earliest the first inch of snow has ever fallen!  October 14th falls just two days short of the earliest on record, October 12th, 2009.  We're now thinking a wintry vibe but very little concern exists of snow (or even rain for that matter) in the next week ahead.  A minor wave to watch would be on Saturday, but it doesn't look all too impactful.

As is typical with the time of year, we'll fight the wind at times.  Tuesday should be one of those days where gusts to 30 mph out of the southwest will be possible.
