(ABC 6 News) — Friday evening, Rochester native Matthew Hurt took the floor for the Milwaukee Bucks to open their NBA Summer League schedule in Las Vegas.

The former John Marshall Rocket wasn’t on the floor often, but he did finish with seven points plus a rebound and steal. Hurt, who played college ball at Duke, showed good effort and perseverance in his scoring plays while four of his Milwaukee teammates scored in double figures.

Hurt and the Bucks will play the Boston Celtics next on Monday, July 11.
