Chatfield community excited for Gophers’ sixth football state championship game appearance

(ABC 6 News) – ABC 6 News Sports reporter Richard Denson spoke with several business owners about the vibe of the community ahead of the Gophers’ Class AA state championship game against Barnesville. It will be Chatfield’s sixth state championship appearance.

The gophers have never lost in the championship game, and are currently on a 25-game win streak.
