(ABC 6 News) – HVL-TRC SHOWDOWN

Game 1 – Plainview-Elgin-Millville 55, Lake City 52 (Girls Basketball) – O’Reilly, a 6-foot-2 senior center, was the only P-E-M player to hit double figures. Presley Newcomb had nine points. The Bulldogs moved to 8-5 overall.

Game 2 – Fillmore Central 55, Cannon Falls 29 – Kammry Broadwater had 17 points to lead the Falcons. Madison Simon added 14. Fillmore Central is 6-9.

Game 3 – Chatfield 61, Zumbrota-Mazeppa 46 – Eli Hopp led Chatfield with 21 points while Drew Schindler scored 16 and Isaac Stevens added 13. The win moves the Gophers, who still have an injured player out, to 6-8.

Game 4 – Stewartville 81, Caledonia 59 – The Tigers had 10 different players score. Freshman center Ella Theobald had 15 points and senior guard Keeley Steele had 14. Substitute guards Avery Spencer and Audrey Shindelar each had 12. Stewartville is now 15-2 overall.
