Girls Basketball Preview: John Marshall retooling under a new coach and an eighth grader

(ABC 6 News) — John Marshall finished last season as Section 1AAAAA runners-up, graduated two seniors Katie Hurt and Lilly Meister (both who play D1 basketball), and watched their longtime head coach Phil Schroeder retire at the conclusion of the season. Behind new coach Maxx Waring and eighth-grade phenom Jazmin Daing, the Rockets hope to remain competitive.
