Girls Basketball Preview: Hayfield Vikings know they will get everyone’s best shot after historical season

(ABC 6 News) – The Hayfield Vikings won 32 games in a row, finishing the regular season undefeated and winning the Section 1A championship. Despite the success, they lost their final two games of the season – the Class A semifinals vs Minneota, and the 3rd place game vs. Mayer Lutheran. The team has aspirations of making it back to the state tournament, and they are staying humble and level-headed entering the season.
