(ABC 6 News) – The high school basketball season has been over for a few months now, but basketball doesn’t stop for the Gach family.

Former Austin Packers star guard Duoth Gach has committed to playing college basketball at Division I Junior College North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) next year. Gach announced his decision on Twitter on Monday night.

The announcement comes ten days after Duoth Gach’s twin brother, Both Gach, announced he’d play Division I basketball at the University of Utah.  Both Gach spent his senior season of high school basketball at Arizona Compass Prep School in Chandler, Arizona.

Duoth and Both aren’t the only members of the Gach family moving on to new surroundings on the hardwood—Duoth and Both’s older brother, Gach Gach, announced in April he’d shift his basketball career to West Texas A&M next year.

This past season, per Minnesota Basketball Hub, Duoth Gach led the Packers in scoring average (16.3 points per game). Duoth Gach also helped lead the Packers to their second consecutive Class AAA state boys basketball tournament appearance.

At NDSCS, Duoth Gach will be reunited with former Austin Packers forward Oman Oman. In his freshman season at NDSCS, Oman started 32 of 33 games and averaged 10.8 points per game.
