(ABC 6 News) – Friday was the 4th day in the jury trial for a Rochester man accused in the shooting death of Garad Roble in 2019.

Muhidin Abukar is charged with 2nd-degree murder with intent in the death of 28-year-old Garad Hassan Roble. Abukar has pleaded not guilty in April of 2020.

In court Friday, a woman known to Muhidin Abukar took the stand in the Olmsted County District Court jury trial saying she heard Roble and Abukar get into an argument and she heard Roble say quote "What are you going to do, kill me?"

A short while later, she saw them get into a car with another man and leave.

Roble’s body was found the next day. The trial continues next week with potential closing arguments slated for Wednesday.
