Two men accused of burglary, man catches them in his garage

(ABC 6 News) - The Rochester Police Department said a man reported that he found two men in his garage Thursday morning.

The RPD said the man went into his garage around 7 a.m. Thursday and saw 29-year-old Tyler Treichel and 33-year-old Brandon Moore inside. Both men ran out of the garage and to a vehicle nearby.

When officers arrived they said Treichel in the vehicle. Moore was found riding a small BMX bike that he claimed to have found. 

Both were arrested and are charged with 1st-degree burglary. Treichel is also charged on several other counts including trespassing. 

When officers searched the car they said they also found unopened mail from several homes in the area. Officials said Treichel has been involved in several different incidents in the past week.
