(ABC 6 NEWS) - The Rochester Police Department swore in seven new police officers for the Presidential visit.

The seven new officers have recently been hired and needed a formal swearing-in, according to Amanda Grayson, who is the Crime Prevention and Communications Coordinator for RPD. The police department first did this back in 2004 for a presidential visit, Grayson said. The officers were sworn in to help assist with the Presidential visit for Friday and have "all hands on deck," Grayson said.
