(ABC 6 News) - A Rochester mother accused of trying to kill herself and her five children is heading back to court.

Court records show 33-year-old Farhiyo Abdullahi has been provisionally released from the treatment program she was sent to after being found incompetent to stand trial in December.

According to court documents, Abdullahi locked herself and her five young children in her car with the windows up while the car was running inside a garage.

The kids said she put a flexible pipe from the car's exhaust pipe into the window but panicked after some of the kids began to feel sick.

According to court documents, Abdullahi did admit her actions to the police.

Abdullahi has a total of ten charges against her. Five charges of attempted first-degree murder and five charges of endangering a child.

She is being held in the Mower County Jail on a $1 million conditional bond and is back in court on March 4th.
