(ABC 6 NEWS)--An 87-year-old resident in Olmsted County has died from COVID-19, according to an update from the Minnesota Department of Health on Sunday morning.
This marks the second person to die from the novel coronavirus in Olmsted County. Health officials reported that person was living in long-term care facility. The first death on April 2 -- a resident in their 90s, was also living in a long-term care facility.
MDH reported five additional deaths related to COVID-19 on Sunday bringing the total to 29 statewide
