(ABC 6 News) - Olmsted County Public Health along with Mayo Clinic, the City of Rochester and Olmsted Medical Center have released guidance to have a safe Halloween amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The pandemic is causing families and communities to reevaluate Halloween celebrations to ensure safety.
The release issued Friday morning listed different Halloween activities in three risk categories; low, medium and high.
