(ABC 6 News) -- Thursday will mark one week since President Trump's campaign visit to Rochester. The Mayo Civic Center Commission is calling the rally "a success".
In the seven days leading up to President Trump's visit, organizers worked with the White House and Secret Service to make sure the venue was prepared for just about anything.
Hundreds of people played a role in making sure the rally went off without a hitch. Right now, it's estimated that the venue profited about $100,000 from the President's visit.
Andy Krogstad, the Managing Director of Mayo Civic Center, said "The money is not necessarily the biggest impact. It's really the type of event and the fact that we had 5,000 here between the two venues. It's always nice to get paid for what it is that we do, but we're also able to really highlight and showcase the building on a regional and national stage."
Mayo Civic Center staff say the Secret Service even commented on how well kept the facility was.
