Okay, it won't be that bad, but definitely cooler. After some very typical late July days, the temperatures will take a bit of a dip as the work week comes to an end. The jet stream has shifted from the high arch over the Upper Midwest, which brought a lot of very hot and humid days, to now streaming over and even below us. That means a seasonable to even slightly below average temperature trend for the foreseeable future.
The only cool days we've had this summer were thanks to rain and clouds. Because of that, Thursday won't be the coolest, but it certainly will be one of the cooler ones, despite the sunshine.
