Sure It's a Chance, But Not a Good One

Sure It's a Chance, But Not a Good One

We're looking a bit dry these days.  After about a week without a good soaking rain, the lawns are getting crispier and gardens are turning brown.  I'm sure the chance for rain today may have sounded nice, but I think it'll leave us wanting more.

A cold front will pass through today and it just doesn't have a lot of gusto to it.  It'll be able to produce some showers and a few storms, but they'll be hit-and-miss.  (And most of us will be in the "miss" part of that phrase.)    These will start to pop up on the radar after 4 pm then quit overnight with another round of them Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  All of them leading to a chance for a drink of water, but not the soaker the lawns and gardens want.

Folks with plans outside this evening shouldn't cancel them.  Instead, download the ABC 6 News Now app for the Storm Tracker Radar and the latest forecasts.
