(ABC 6 News) A 39-year-old woman is in jail after an apprehension order was issued by her probation officer.

According to deputies, Orth had an apprehension order due to suspected substance abuse and possession of methamphetamine and an incident she was involved in on Sunday when she allegedly did not comply with officers.

Deputies went to her home to arrest her shortly after she pulled into her driveway.

However, Behrns said Orth locked the doors and would not come out, so deputies had to break the passenger-side window to remove her from the vehicle.

Orth is facing possible charges of obstructing the legal process.
