According to a police report, the officer observed the driver had difficulty staying within the traffic lines, and performed a traffic stop.

Moilanen said upon approaching the vehicle, and speaking with the driver, Heather Vasquez, the officer smelled alcohol and said Vasquez appeared lethargic.

Moilanen said the officer also observed an eight-year-old and four-year-old in the vehicle.

According to a police report, Vasquez failed the field sobriety test, was arrested and had a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .18 when she arrived at the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center (ADC). Vazquez is facing a possible gross misdemeanor charge of second-degree DWI.
