Fog and freezing drizzle Friday night will lead to a light glaze of ice and slick roads very early Saturday. Our final pushes of light snow will come through before 10 AM, and after that the forecast focus turns from the precipitation to the wind. The NW wind will really pick up after 8 and 9 AM Saturday, with gusts to and over 40 - 45 mph during the afternoon and evening. I won't be surprised if we hear of a few 50 mph or stronger wind gusts throughout the area. So even though the precipitation is over, strong wind like this will lead to travel difficulties later this morning, and really for the afternoon and evening.
