With snow flying from midnight through mid-afternoon, travel will be impacted in the stretch. Look for snow covered roads in that timeframe and visibility that could be as low as 1/2 mile at times during the morning.
But because the wind remains manageable, the blowing/drifting snow component doesn't appear to be a key factor in poor road conditions. With the lighter wind spectrum, look for roads to improve quickly in an overall warm scenario on Wednesday afternoon after snow ends. Sustained winds between 5-15 mph will be possible. Gusts may touch 20 mph at times.
