Our slow-moving system is bringing the round of ice first, before 7 AM for most, then all-snow after that. It's going to be light, but steady snow, and will be lasting all-day. This has prompted an ALERT DAY for Wednesday, as travel looks to be impacted, especially this morning, but lasting into the afternoon and evening, as the on and off snow showers continue with a breeze out of the south, with gusts to/over 25-30 mph. When it's over, about a tenth of an inch of ice can be expected for some areas, with 1-3" for our snowfall potential. A few locations, especially closer to the I-35 corridor could see closer to 4". Go slow, and be safe today everyone!
