Rochester man appears on sexual assault charges

(ABC 6 News) – A Rochester man appeared in Olmsted County Court Tuesday on multiple criminal sexual conduct charges.
Carlos Allende Crisanto, 30, is accused of one count of 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct–use force or coercion, one count of 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct–uses coercion, and two counts of 5th-degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly assaulting a woman in an alley outside his workplace in SE Rochester.
The alleged victim told police Crisanto assaulted her on Sunday, Nov. 6.
According to court documents, the victim’s clothing displayed smudges that suggested she was pushed against a dumpster, and one of her shoes was damaged.
According to court documents, Crisanto said the encounter was consensual.
