(ABC 6 News) – Rochester City Council Ward Three candidates Patrick Keane, Dan Sepeda, and Andy Hemenway take to the podium in an exclusive Election 2022 debate presented by ABC 6 News, Post Bulletin, and 125 LIVE.

The candidates answered questions related to budget challenges facing the city, supporting the city’s public safety needs, addressing worker shortage and getting people back to work, and the city’s role in supporting efforts to create more affordable housing.
