Strangers Save Man Having a Heart Attack at the Apache Mall

(ABC 6 News) -- A man is alive after having a heart attack at the JCPenney store in Rochester on Saturday. It's all thanks to the help of three strangers. Rochester police say dispatch received a call Saturday afternoon around 4:00 pm about a medical emergency. When officers arrived at the store, they found 3 citizens helping the victim. Police say they saved his life with a combination of a defibrillator and CPR.

Police believe the three people did not know each other before the incident and that they all came from different communities.
