(ABC 6 News) -- Olmsted County Sheriff's deputies arrested 23-year-old Brandon Adler over the weekend after he was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol with two young children in the car. It happened around 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 24 in Stewartville.

Captain Scott Behrns said Adler was involved in a child custody exchange on Sunday. Another parent involved in that exchange called authorities because he said after getting the children, Adler was "all over the road". The man told authorities that Adler pulled out of the American Legion parking lot, almost getting hit because he allegedly pulled out in front of another vehicle.
