Just think, we've used up our yearly quota for moisture in less than 7 months! We remain about 4.5" shy of the #10 spot for wettest year ever, and only about 8.5" from the #1 spot. I say only, because we still have 5 full months left in the year! We picked up a couple back-to-back dry days Sunday and Monday, with a few more dry ones in a row expected this week. High pressure is the reason why, and it will stick around through Thursday. A cold front moving through on Friday will bring back the rain and storm chances as we end the week. Those storms however, will be isolated and light in nature.
