(ABC 6 News) -- Three women are in jail at Worth County after deputies conducted a drug search warrant at a home in Northwood on Saturday.

The Worth County Sheriff's Office says deputies were at a residence at 906 3rd Avenue North in Northwood late Saturday night doing a search. During the search, several items connected with drug use were found including methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pill without a valid prescription, and a handgun among other items.

As a result of the search warrant, authorities say 23-year-old Joya Salzkorn of Hartley, IA was taken into custody and charged with unlawful possession of prescription pills, possession of a controlled substance (2nd Offense)(marijuana), possession of a controlled substance (2nd Offense)(methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia. 27-year-old Sara Fenske of Northwood, IA was also taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (2nd Offense)(marijuana), and possession of a controlled substance (2nd Offense)(methamphetamine). And, 22-year-old Taylor Pohar of Milford, IA was also taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (3rd or subsequent offense)(marijuana), possession of a controlled substance (3rd or subsequent offense)(methamphetamine) and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. 

The three women are currently booked at the Worth County Jail and have a combined bond of $19,000.
